Andrew Karlsen

 Andrew Karlsen has produced and edited documentaries for PBS and the National Park Service, co-written programs for the Discovery Channel and produced numerous promotional and instructional pieces for corporate clients.
Andrew has also produced numerous training and educational videos in the fields of early childhood education, organizational leadership, health and emergency preparedness. Andrew is our lead graphic designer and has created numerous logos, brochures, advertisements, catalogs and corporate identity packages. Andrew's graphic skills include motion graphics for corporate logos, public service announcements, and documentaries. Andrew has a gift for creating marketing materials, videos and programming that are highly personal and meaningful for each of his clients. Andrew's artistic skills and technical training blend perfectly to allow him to craft productions that make the difference for both individuals and businesses.
Andrew has a BA degree in film and video from Montana State University and additional professional training in editing and motion graphics from Video Symphony in Los Angeles, CA.
Kathleen Karlsen

Project Manager, Writer, Design Consultant
 Kathleen's experience with event management serves her well in her capacity as the project manager for Living Arts Event Media. Kathleen understands of the complexity of projects and the need for clear and timely communication. Kathleen's organizational skills help keep things running smoothly and according to timelines at Living Arts Media.
Kathleen also uses her skills in writing, research and marketing to assist clients in achieving their goals and analyzing their needs for media services. She is a professional artist, a creative arts educator and a design consultant.
Kathleen began creating websites in 2004. As part of this process, she studied web usability, search engine optimization, web marketing and interface design extensively. After creating a website of her own as a portfolio for her original art and fine art gifts, Kathleen's easy-to-navigate, attractive site was getting attention from other artists and small businesses and she began to create sites professionally.
Kathleen has a bachelor's degree in studio art, a master's degree in humanities and a year of doctoral level training in instructional design, adult learning, educational statistics and program management.
Theresa McNicholas

 Theresa provides project management, research, training, consulting, development, and professional resource connections. Theresa specializes in 21st century publishing, bringing together professional marketing and advertising agents, graphic designers, artists, web designers, multi-media artisans, writers, editors, proofreaders, musicians, printers and more.
With over 20 years business experience, including in all aspects of publishing and distribution, Theresa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team of associates.
Peter Garnvik
Web Developer, Music Composer
Peter Garnvik
has been developing websites and online marketing strategies for small to medium sized companies since 1999. He provides guidance through the increasingly complex world of internet technologies and the many decisions that must be made to produce a successful online enterprise.
Peter is also an experienced and talented musician with over 15 years of experience in composing and orchestration. Peter composed music for Living Arts Media's documentary "Shipwreck" as well as for many other smaller projects. In addition, Peter lends his skills as a cameraman when needed.
Donna Garnvik
Presentation Training, Curriculum Design 
Donna Garnvik is an international trainer offering eleven years of progressive experience in training, presentation skills, facilitation, and curriculum design. She holds a Master's degree in Communication from the University of Calgary. Her broad portfolio includes clients from multi-national corporations to government departments and educational organizations.
