The best planned program is worthless if its too expensive for your students to purchase.
Buy direct: While many companies speak of having great partners around the world… we assume you appreciate that has a consequence with regard to the price of your program. Alternatively you can choose to work with us. We are the European operator.
Group Air: All group airline contracts are negotiated directly between us and the carriers, with no third party involved. We have access to the very lowest group fares on the market out of North America to Europe. Lowest land pricing plus best trans Atlantic fares adds up to pretty great value for you. Our prices to you always include ALL airline taxes and fuel surcharges and any other fees in effect at the time the proposal is submitted for your approval.
Fully Inclusive: We pledge that the proposal we send you will be very straightforward and in plain English so there is no ambiguity in terms of what is and what is not included. Most importantly, it will be fully inclusive of all taxes, fees, fuel surcharges and any other charge we can possible think of.
US or Canadian Dollar Prices: We quote all programs originating in the USA or Canada in dollars. From the point of contract signature we guarantee the price is fixed – no exceptions for any fluctuation in the rates of currency exchange. We use a system of currency hedging to be able to offer you this stability and security. There are only two conditions which might cause your pricing to change:
- New government taxes which are introduced after the contract is signed.
- New and documented airline fuel surcharges. Even though we reserve the right pass those airline fees along, in reality we have yet to ever do so to any university or college.
No Surprises: No last minute fees, club memberships or other revenue inventions. Our itineraries are not written in such a way that you might be lead to believe you are visiting a site that you just drive by or including an event that turns out to be at additional cost. Our business growth depends upon repeat clients that’s best achieved by delivering a high value experience with zero surprises.
Faculty Compensation: By all means, faculty travel is complimentary, always in private hotel accommodation unless you request otherwise. Beyond that however we do not employ gimmicks. There is no “buying” of your business with cash awards, frequent leader points and other slick sales tools which ultimately detract from the value of your trip. Our philosophy is old fashioned perhaps, but one we continue to live by; excellent value, creative programming, meeting your academic objectives, local expertise and exemplary service. All these things create their own loyalty and referral program.
However when our team meets you in Europe, we might buy you lunch, so perhaps that proverbial free lunch exists after all! But we hope you get the picture.
