During that time believe it or not, the company has undergone just one change of ownership. Furthermore the second owners had worked for Select for a combined 25+ years prior to the acquisition. So you could say experience and consistency is in the company’s DNA. 

This allows us to avail you of an unrivalled knowledge of Europe, a deep well of European contacts and a flair for creative program design. 80 years is a long time and our owners have an average of 25+ years each in the field of educational travel. Our senior management has an average of 15+years service with us.

We are ever grateful that our success and expansions are all down to organic growth of our core business, not via acquisition, Wall Street style corporate buyouts and deal making. This allows us to retain the personal service and true educational travel heritage which has been the hallmark of our success for so very many years. Just like the field of student education, the art of educational travel cannot always be about business and we are delighted to be a team of travel educators, not investment bankers and consultants.
