Why Only Operate in Europe?
Simply put we only operate where we have our own physical presence.The expertise, cost control and connections we can bring are unrivalled. Europe has a cultural diversity greater than any other area in the world and we think its role and appeal for most study programs is self evident. We of course recognize the need for programs to also visit areas of the developing world including Asia and South America. We encourage you to use similar specialists in those areas too. We are happy to make recommendations if you need them.

Tell Me About Your Offices in North America.
The USA and Canada is the single biggest market for our European product. Since 1976 we established our own office in New Jersey. That office allows us to bring our European expertise directly to the North American university community. They are able to counsel faculty and study abroad staff and retain great relationships which further the academic objectives of the institutions. It is a New Jersey based corporation and employs US accounting and legal practices and bring you the security of working with a US company. Truly the best of both worlds.

Where else are your offices located?
Outside of our head office in the UK, we also have operational field offices across continental Europe, Moscow, St. Petersburg and Kiev. We also have sales offices in Australia, South Africa, Brazil and the United States.

Do you work with other student type groups or individuals?
We only work directly with institutions of higher education. We work with travel agency and tour operator partners on any travel arrangements for U18 year old students. We are happy to make refer you to our partners who can help with that age group. Regrettably we cannot assist with individual student travel arrangements.

What is the difference between Faculty-Led and Faculty-Driven Programs?
It’s a matter of the approach taken to the trip. For many companies, the faculty member is the “group leader” or focus of the sales effort. For us, the faculty actually drives every aspect of the program – its conception, academic development and delivery. Faculty retain control of every aspect – its their trip not ours. We are here to support in every aspect – destination selection, planning and guidance, logistical support and ultimately program execution on the ground in Europe. But we never forget who is in the driving seat.

Can I get references from other universities?
Of course. We have a long list and happy to provide you with whatever you need.

Can you fulfill the criteria required by my business office or study abroad office?
In short yes. We are happy to speak directly with your business office to be sure that their requirements for suppliers are fulfilled. In Europe we are covered by a EOL insurance policy in excess of 10million sterling (approx US$17milion). Additional EOL coverage is in place for our US office and specific universities can be named upon request. We are members of the European Tour Operators Association, National Tour Association, National Association of Foreign Study Abroad, Association of International Education Administrators and the Student Youth Travel Association. We are also an official Seller of Travel in California.
